Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong background in P&L management and financial analysis.
• Experience maintaining an Operational Performance Logbook to monitor performance.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, labor scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and restaurant staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Monitor restaurant sales, labor costs, food costs, and overall profitability.
• Analyze and manage P&L reports to identify opportunities for improving financial performance.
• Maintain and review the Operational Performance Logbook, ensuring accurate documentation of key metrics and actions.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, stock control, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Develop action plans to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
• Coordinate with Area Managers to implement company initiatives.
