Job summary

Milagrita Global Food Corporation is seeking a Shift Manager for Samgyupsalamat at SM Seaside Cebu. Lead daily restaurant operations, ensure outstanding guest experience, and manage staff performance during shifts.

The ideal candidate has supervisor experience in food service, basic inventory knowledge, and proficient Excel skills. Willingness to work rotating schedules including weekends and holidays is required to support sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in food service/hospitality.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management and stock control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be open to be assigned in Samgyupsalamat branch in SM Seaside Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Assist in scheduling, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Prepare and maintain basic inventory and operational reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and operational goals.
