Job summary

Apero Restaurant in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Trinoma location. You will lead a team, ensure service quality, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive leadership and efficient processes.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality or business background, 2–3 years in restaurant management, strong people skills, and a proven ability to manage inventory, costs, and compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Results-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
