Job summary

Mary Grace Foods, Inc. is seeking a Dining Shift Manager in Metro Manila to lead front-of-house operations, train staff, and uphold service standards across shifts.

You will work closely with seasoned managers to optimize customer experience, staff performance, inventory control, and basic financial management while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a casual dining restaurant.
• Physically able to perform duties including lifting, prolonged standing, and shifting schedule.
