Job summary

Mary Grace Cafe is seeking a Dining Shift Manager to actively train staff across FOH operations, customer service, staffing, inventory, and financial controls. You will work with experienced managers to ensure smooth service, uphold Mary Grace Foods’ standards, and deliver high guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, shift coverage, and mentoring junior team members. In-person work at SM Manila, with opportunities for promotion and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of management experience in food and beverage service.
• Willingness to work in a shifting schedule and physically able to perform duties.
• Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent.

The Dining Shift Manager provides hands‑on training in various aspects of restaurant operations, in front‑of‑house (FOH) management, customer service, staffing, inventory control, and financial management. S/he will work closely with experienced managers to learn how to ensure efficient operations, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to Mary Grace Foods, Inc.’s standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent
• With proven experience as a manager (at least 3 years) in food and beverage service, preferably in a casual dining restaurant
• Physically able to perform duties that may involve lifting, prolonged standing, and working on a shifting schedule.
