Job summary

One Food Group in Davao City is seeking a Restaurant Operations Associate to support daily restaurant functions and help ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise shifts, train new staff, manage inventory, and assist with cash handling, promotions, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role offers hands-on management training and opportunities to grow into a leadership position within our team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant operations or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Basic understanding of restaurant financials and inventory management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to standards.
• Manage shift duties, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide high-quality customer service and address concerns professionally.
• Assist in supervising and coordinating restaurant staff during shifts.
• Help with training new employees and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
• Manage inventory levels and support stock/check deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
• Support cash handling and daily sales tracking.
• Assist in marketing/promotional activities and store events.
• Support staff development and contribute to team-building.
