Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant operations or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Basic understanding of restaurant financials and inventory management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensure service quality.
• Manage shift duties, opening/closing procedures, and staffing during shifts.
• Provide high-quality customer service and address concerns professionally.
• Supervise staff and assist with training and scheduling.
• Support inventory control, receiving deliveries, and maintaining stock levels.
• Assist RGM/AGM with cash handling and daily administrative tasks.
• Contribute to marketing and promotions activities as directed.
• Participate in learning and development programs and crisis management training.
