Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant operations or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Basic understanding of restaurant finances and inventory.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and standards.
• Manage shift duties, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide high-quality customer service and address concerns professionally.
• Supervise staff during shifts and support training and scheduling.
• Help manage inventory, receiving deliveries, and stock levels.
• Support cash handling and basic administrative tasks for the leadership team.
• Assist with marketing/promotions and drive team engagement.
