Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Restaurant Operations Lead in the Philippines to ensure Customer Satisfaction, oversee Sales Building activities, and manage employee relations and productivity. You will monitor costs, prepare reports, and train staff to uphold Quality Service and Cleanliness standards.

The role requires a four-year degree, 3+ years in Casual/Fine Dining, strong communication, and leadership.

Qualifications

Graduate of any four year course.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage staff.
Experience in Casual/Fine Dining is preferred.
Ability to interview, hire, and train staff.
Strong people management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer satisfaction by enforcing quality service and cleanliness standards.
Oversee Sales Building activities and marketing program implementation.
Manage employee relations, training, performance appraisals, and fair feedback.
Monitor and control sales, labor costs, and other expenses; conduct cost reviews.
Prepare and validate staff schedules, payroll, tips, and operations reports.
Supervise disciplines, attendance, and overall staff performance.
Train new hires and handle other duties as assigned.
