Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in restaurant or food service, preferably in supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and team management, plus effective communication.
• Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and basic P&L analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor costs, pricing, sales, and profit margins.
• Manage inventory to minimize wastage, stock shortages, and overstocking.
• Plan and implement marketing and promotions to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Monitor operating expenses, including labor, utilities, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Handle staff scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and manpower requirements.
• Help ensure proper maintenance and security of company assets and equipment.
