Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across shifts to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure store procedures, operating standards, and company policies are followed consistently.
• Monitor cleanliness, equipment condition, and overall store appearance to maintain readiness.
• Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and optimize revenue.
• Control operating expenses while maintaining service and product quality.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant management team and crew; manage staffing needs.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, performance, and compliance with policies; conduct coaching and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service; address feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Enforce strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and product quality standards.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls; minimize waste and variances.
• Prepare and implement corrective actions; coordinate with support teams as needed.
• Develop future leaders through training, delegation, and performance feedback.
• Maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
