Job summary

Shaokaobbq is seeking a Restaurant Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily operations at a busy Pasig location. You will supervise staff, enforce SOPs, and ensure consistent service quality.

You will monitor sales, manage cash handling and POS transactions, oversee inventory, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding food safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and weekend availability to support a dynamic restaurant team.

About the role

We are looking for responsible, proactive, and results-driven individuals to join our growing restaurant team as Restaurant Branch Manager/Assistant Restaurant Branch Manager. Successful candidates must have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach to restaurant operations, and the ability to supervise employees, enforce company policies, maintain service standards, and ensure efficient branch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and food safety standards
• Monitor food preparation, product quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Supervise, lead, and motivate restaurant employees
• Monitor daily sales performance and work toward achieving sales targets
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS transactions, and sales reconciliation
• Monitor stock levels, inventory usage, and product availability
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns appropriately
• Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports
• Take ownership of problems and implement solutions within the scope of assigned authority

Qualification

• Graduate of Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related course is an advantage
• Previous experience in restaurant operations, food service, or a supervisory role is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management is an advantage
• Ability to supervise employees, delegate tasks, and enforce company policies fairly
• Responsible, organized, proactive, and results-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple operational responsibilities
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required
