Job summary

Future Resto Concept Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily store performance across branches in Metro Manila. You will oversee service quality, inventory control, staff supervision, and adherence to company standards and recipes.

You will coordinate with head office and suppliers, prepare regular operational reports, and support pre-opening activities for new branches to ensure a smooth launch and sustained excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in restaurant management or food & beverage operations.
• 1–2 years in a senior role such as Store Manager, Assistant Area Manager, or Multi-Unit Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth store performance.
• Maintain consistency with company standards, recipes, food quality, sanitation, and customer service procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Supervise, and evaluate store employees.
• Ensure proper inventory management, stock ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
• Implement corrective actions on inventory variances, wastage, and operational losses.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and head office regarding operational requirements.
• Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and inspections to maintain operational excellence.
• Assist in the pre-opening, setup, and launch of the new branch.
