Job summary

LC BIGMAK BURGER INC. is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at the Manila area branch. You will drive sales, manage staff performance, ensure policy compliance, and report on operational metrics.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 2–5 years of supervisory experience in retail, food service, or restaurant operations. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in retail/food service/restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, team management and decision-making skills.
