Job summary

HRTx Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Restaurant Area Manager responsible for the performance of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational consistency and a strong guest experience across all stores.

You will work with Restaurant Managers to uphold standards, coach teams, and develop leaders while driving labor and food cost targets and analyzing performance data for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in Food & Beverage with multi-unit management

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Food & Beverage with multi-unit management experience.
• Background in structured restaurant operations (QSR or casual dining).
• Proven people management, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and food safety standards.
• Ability to analyze operational reports and translate insights into action.
• Effective communicator with leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned restaurants through regular store visits and coaching.
