Supervise the daily operations of assigned restaurant branches.
Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, service, and sanitation.
Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
Ensure all stores pass internal and external audits.
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly sales targets.
Analyze sales trends and implement action plans to improve performance.
Monitor branch Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
Control food cost, labor cost, and controllable expenses.
Improve Net Operating Income (NOI) through effective cost management.
Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Supervisors.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Ensure adequate manpower planning and scheduling.
Promote employee engagement and maintain discipline.
Identify high-potential employees for succession planning.
Ensure excellent customer service across all branches.
Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalated complaints promptly.
Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and guest loyalty.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor product quality, portion control, and recipe consistency.
Conduct regular quality assurance inspections.
Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels.
Minimize wastage, spoilage, and product pilferage.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, and inventory controls.
Review variance reports and implement corrective actions.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop action plans for underperforming stores.
Ensure timely submission of operational and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
Verify that all permits and licenses are valid and updated.
Investigate operational incidents and implement corrective actions.
Promote a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Assist in new store openings, renovations, and store closures.
Validate store readiness before opening.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent analytical and financial management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems.
Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
