Qualifications

Job Summary

Foodee Global Concepts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and developing high-performing teams across assigned stores. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in the Food and Beverage industry and a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches within the assigned area.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, food safety standards, and service excellence guidelines.

• Drive sales growth and profitability by monitoring key performance indicators and implementing strategic action plans.

• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.

• Analyze sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and branch leadership teams to achieve operational goals.

• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and customer service excellence across all locations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and Operations.

• Manage workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.

• Resolve escalated customer concerns and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Support new store openings, store renovations, and other business expansion projects.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Service Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry, with at least 2–3 years in an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar leadership role.

• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant locations and achieving operational and financial targets.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, inventory management, labor planning, and customer service standards.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, profit and loss management, and sales performance analysis.

• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems.

• Willing to travel frequently to assigned restaurant locations.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling multiple restaurant brands or concepts.

• Background in casual dining, quick-service, or full-service restaurant operations.

• Experience supporting store openings and business expansion initiatives.
