Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Certifications like NC II Housekeeping or First Aid are beneficial.
• Proven experience in resort/hotel operations with supervisory roles.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, schedule, and mentor teams across departments.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by managing check-ins/outs and addressing guest concerns.
• Supervise resort operations including events, reservations, and maintenance.
• Support budgeting, monitor expenses, and prepare reports.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards and regulatory compliance.
• Lead strategies to increase bookings and market presence.
• Act as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Resort Manager.
• Lead service recovery, guest retention, and revenue opportunities across departments.
• Conduct shift briefings and coordinate events.
