Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, schedule, and mentor teams across front office, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, bar, and F&B, while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Supervise overall resort operations, including events and banquets, coordinate maintenance activities, manage reservations, and ensure facility cleanliness and upkeep.

• Support budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and prepare operational and performance reports.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards, as well as company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Work with the team to implement strategies that increase bookings and strengthen the resort’s market presence.

• Serve as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Resort Manager, ensuring seamless operations.

• Lead service recovery efforts, enhance guest retention, and maximize daily revenue opportunities across rooms, F&B, and events.

• Conduct shift briefings, oversee event execution, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• College level or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is often preferred.
