Home Invest Realty Ventures Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day resort and restaurant operations in the Philippines, ensuring all departments run efficiently and to established standards.

You will develop and implement procedures, monitor guest experience, manage budgets, and lead front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to deliver consistent service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
• 3–5 years in hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality management.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of resort and restaurant operations.
• Budgeting, cost control, and financial management knowledge.
• Customer service and hospitality standards expertise.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort and restaurant.
• Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and guest experience.
• Monitor operations and address issues, guest concerns, and staffing.
• Oversee front office, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Develop strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
• Lead and manage department heads and staff.
