Camp Netanya Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced, hands‑on, and guest‑focused Residence Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operational performance of the resort and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
The Residence Manager will work closely with the General Manager and department heads to ensure that Front Office, Housekeeping, guest services, and other operational functions work efficiently and consistently. The role is responsible for maintaining service standards, addressing operational concerns, coordinating interdepartmental requirements, and ensuring that guest needs are handled promptly and professionally.
This is a senior operational position suited for a hotel or resort professional who is highly visible on the property, comfortable making decisions, and capable of balancing guest satisfaction, operational discipline, and team performance.
Oversee the daily operations of the resort and ensure smooth coordination among operational departments.
Monitor Front Office, Housekeeping, guest services, and other guest‑facing functions to ensure established standards are consistently followed.
Conduct regular property inspections and identify operational, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest‑service concerns.
Ensure that operational issues are addressed promptly and coordinated with the appropriate department.
Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
Maintain strong communication and coordination with department heads and supervisors.
Ensure a consistently high level of guest service throughout the property.
Personally handle escalated guest concerns and complaints and ensure appropriate resolution.
Monitor recurring guest complaints and recommend corrective actions to management.
Maintain a visible presence within the resort and promote a guest‑focused service culture.
Coordinate special guest requests, VIP arrangements, and other service requirements when necessary.
Work closely with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure rooms and public areas meet the resort's cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
Monitor room readiness, turnover, housekeeping performance, and guest requests.
Ensure effective coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
Assist in identifying recurring room‑related concerns and recommend improvements.
Provide operational leadership, guidance, and support to supervisors and frontline employees.
Monitor staff performance and adherence to company policies and service standards.
Conduct regular operational briefings and ensure important information is properly communicated to the team.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate with HR and department heads.
Promote accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.
Coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance regarding room defects, facility concerns, repairs, and operational requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and report property conditions requiring attention.
Assist in monitoring preventive maintenance activities and follow up on outstanding operational concerns.
Support the General Manager in implementing property improvement initiatives and operational corrective actions.
Monitor departmental operating performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
Assist the General Manager in reviewing operational reports, departmental concerns, and performance indicators.
Support proper implementation of operational controls and procedures.
Provide recommendations to management regarding staffing, service improvements, operational requirements, and guest experience.
Act as the General Manager's key operational support in the day‑to‑day management of the resort.
Ensure management directives are properly communicated and implemented.
Provide timely reports and recommendations regarding operational concerns and guest feedback.
Represent management when necessary in dealing with guests, employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the General Manager.

An experienced hotel or resort operations professional with strong leadership skills.
Hands‑on, highly visible, and comfortable working directly with guests and operational teams.
Strong in Front Office, Housekeeping, Rooms Division, and overall guest‑service operations.
Customer‑focused while maintaining discipline in operational standards and procedures.
A strong problem‑solver who can make sound decisions in a fast‑paced resort environment.
Experienced in handling guest complaints and operational escalations.
Strong in team leadership, coaching, and staff accountability.
Organized and capable of coordinating multiple departments and priorities.
Comfortable working closely with Engineering/Maintenance on property‑related concerns.
Able to work effectively with the General Manager and department heads.
Willing to be actively involved in day‑to‑day resort operations rather than managing exclusively from an office.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive hotel or resort experience, with significant experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
Previous experience as a Resident Manager, Residence Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Operations Manager, Front Office Manager, or equivalent senior hotel operations role is preferred.
Experience in a resort, boutique hotel, or independent property is highly preferred.
Strong experience in guest relations, Rooms Division, and daily hotel operations.
Experience handling guest complaints, operational incidents, and interdepartmental coordination.
Experience in staff supervision, coaching, and performance management.
Knowledge of hotel operating standards, procedures, and basic financial controls.
Willingness to be based full‑time in Anilao, Batangas.
