Job summary

Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate across departments to deliver exceptional guest service. You will supervise department heads, monitor front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other areas, and ensure adherence to service standards and operational efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication skills, and the ability to handle shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays in a demanding hotel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Hotel or resort experience is required.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Supervise department heads and operational teams
• Monitor Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Recreation, and other hotel operations
• Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
• Address and resolve guest concerns and operational issues promptly
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and overall operational performance
• Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and operational areas
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, HR, Finance, and other departments
• Train, coach, and evaluate operational staff and department heads
