Job summary

Project Manna OPC is seeking an experienced Resort Operations Manager to oversee all facets of an on-site luxury resort in Dipaculao, Aurora. The role covers spa, guest services, facilities, and team leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive occupancy, manage budgets, and lead a motivated team with a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and service excellence in a premier beachfront setting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in luxury resorts.
• Experience in spa, wellness and hospitality operations.
• Proven experience in high-end/luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of resort operations.
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting and reporting.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day resort operations including spa, front desk, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and occupancy.
• Oversee recruitment, training and management of resort staff.
• Manage budget and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to meet resort needs.
• Address guest feedback promptly and resolve issues.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and security.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement effective promotional strategies.
