Home Invest Realty Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day resort and restaurant operations, ensuring service standards, safety, and guest satisfaction.

You will lead front office, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and staff, manage budgets, staffing, and vendor relations, and drive profitability while maintaining quality across all guest touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field required.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven track record in hotel, resort, or restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Budgeting and cost-control knowledge essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day resort and restaurant operations to maintain standards.
• Lead front office, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B operations.
• Monitor guest services, occupancy, and overall resort performance.
• Develop and implement operational plans to improve productivity and guest experience.
• Manage budgets, payroll, purchasing, and cost control measures.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Drive revenue through marketing, promotions, and partnerships.
• Lead performance reviews and staff development programs.
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients, suppliers, and partners.
