Sunlight Ecotourism Island Resort is seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager to lead the guest experience from arrival to departure. You will oversee front desk, reservations, concierge, and night audit while driving service excellence and efficiency on the floor.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in front office roles, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong PMS proficiency. This role emphasizes team leadership, guest recovery, and a strong service culture in a resort setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of progressive front office experience in a hotel or resort
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in a property management system (PMS)

Aufgaben

• Direct daily front office operations including front desk, reservations, concierge, and night audit
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of front office associates with performance reviews
• Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and rate management with Revenue and Reservations teams
• Escalate and resolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest stays
• Maintain PMS records and generate operational reports (arrivals, departures, VIP movements)
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and budget in line with resort targets
• Support and promote the resort's service culture and recognition programs
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety and local regulations
