Job summary

Vista Mar Beach Resort & Country Club Inc. is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations of a lodging facility, ensuring guest satisfaction, profitability, and adherence to brand standards.

In this role, you will lead front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and security, drive revenue, manage budgets, and develop staff. Willingness to relocate to other properties is noted; relocation flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–5+ years supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (Ezee Absolute) and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security departments.
• Monitor revenue, prepare and control budgets, manage expenses, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff while fostering a positive work culture.
• Welcome guests, handle VIPs, and resolve escalated service complaints or recovery issues.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives, manage corporate bookings, and boost occupancy rates.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health regulations, building security, and fire safety codes.
