Qualifications

• Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or travel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in using reservation systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and reservations via phone, email, and chat.
• Process reservations accurately and maintain reservation records in the booking system.
• Communicate reservation details and policies clearly to clients and send confirmations.
• Address and resolve issues or complaints related to reservations promptly and professionally.
• Promote and upsell additional services to enhance the clients experience.
