Outsourcey in the Philippines seeks a dedicated reservations and customer service specialist to assist clients with inquiries, process bookings, and maintain records. You’ll communicate clearly, confirm reservations, and resolve issues promptly while supporting upselling opportunities.

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and reservations via phone, email, and chat.
• Process reservations accurately and maintain reservation records in the booking system.
• Communicate reservation details and policies clearly to clients and send confirmations.
• Address and resolve issues or complaints related to reservations promptly and professionally.
• Promote and upsell additional services to enhance the clients experience.

Core responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Assist clients with inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and reservations via phone, email, and chat.
• Reservation Management: Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our booking system. Update and maintain reservation records.
• Communication: Communicate reservation details, policies, and procedures clearly to clients. Confirm reservations and send confirmation emails.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to reservations promptly and professionally.
• Sales Support: Promote and upsell additional services and products to enhance the clients experience.
• Payment Processing: Handle payment processing and ensure that transactions are completed accurately.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on reservation activities, occupancy rates, and other relevant metrics
