Job summary

Flat Planet Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-focused Reservations Administrator to manage OTA/OAP emails, ensure accurate booking financials and contact details, and perform follow-ups for AU and NZ markets.

You will monitor bookings, produce weekly and monthly reports, update RMS with vessel information daily, and provide admin support to the Reservations Supervisor to keep operations smooth and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Handle OTA/OAP emails to ensure booking details and finances are accurate.
• Follow up bookings to confirm customer contact details.
• Manage refunds and bookings promptly for AU and NZ.
• Monitor bookings and chase outstanding information.
• Produce weekly and monthly booking reports for AU/NZ.
• Check daily manifests for duplicates and handle cancellations.
• Update RMS with vessel details daily.
• Update bus supplier spreadsheet for payments.
• Provide admin support to the Reservations Supervisor.
