About the role

The OTA Reservations Coordinator is responsible for managing online travel agency (OTA) reservations, including processing bookings, updating availability, and ensuring accurate rates and room information across platforms. The coordinator will monitor reservation trends, support promotional activities, maintain high data accuracy, and contribute to a seamless guest experience from initial inquiry to arrival.

About you

• Strong reservations and booking management skills, with experience handling OTA platforms and reservation systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond clearly, courteously, and efficiently to guests and internal teams
• Experience in sales and receptionist duties, including upselling, cross-selling, and front-of-house coordination
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reservations and tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in common office software and reservation tools; familiarity with hospitality or property management systems is an advantage
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Cebu, with a flexible and professional approach to changing operational needs
