Job summary

NAISOSO ISLAND VILLAS is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize occupancy, and lead a skilled team across Fiji and related markets.

The role requires 3+ years in hotel/villa reservations, strong RMS/PMS knowledge, and excellent communication. You will coordinate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel/villa reservations management.
• Strong knowledge of RMS or similar PMS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Financial acumen with reconciliations and reporting.
