The Reservations Agent is responsible for handling hotel room reservations, inquiries, and booking requests through phone, email, online platforms, and other communication channels. The role ensures accurate reservation processing, provides excellent guest service, and maximizes room occupancy and revenue while following hotel policies and procedures.
