Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bridge between engineering (R&D) and sales teams.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP/CRM knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within APAC.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics), Business, or related discipline


2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in product management, product support, or technical roles (ELV / BMS / security systems preferred)


3. Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate product features into business and market strategies


4. Experience in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product positioning


5. Willingness to learn and expertise in regional standards and regulations


6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail


7. Ability to act as a bridge between engineering (R&D) and sales teams


8. Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders


9. Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
