Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years in product management, product support, or technical roles (ELV/BMS/security systems preferred).
• Translate product features into business and market strategies.
• Market analysis, benchmarking, and product positioning experience.
• Willingness to learn regional standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bridge between engineering (R&D) and sales teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with stakeholder engagement ability.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP/CRM knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within APAC.

• Manage and develop product roadmaps aligned with market needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product development.
• Support launches and post-launch activities to drive market adoption.
