Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Research Benefits Administrator to join our Insurance Operations team in Cebu City. The role serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Admin Advantage operations, handling complex and escalated cases while ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative and support tasks.

The position supports quality assurance, training, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams within our organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proven experience in Admin Advantage or benefit administration

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full expertise in all Admin Advantage worktypes and processes
• Handle special or escalated cases requiring advanced analysis and resolution
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Admin Advantage operations
• Perform quality checking and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support training and mentoring of team members
• Resolve complex transactions across various Admin Advantage workstreams
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all support and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with other functions (BAU teams) as part of cross-training initiatives
