Manulife is seeking a Research Benefits Administrator to join our Insurance Operations team in MBPS. The role serves as a SME for Admin Advantage operations, handling complex cases while ensuring timely completion of admin tasks and supporting QA, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in Admin Advantage or benefit administration.

• Proven experience in Admin Advantage or benefit administration.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full expertise in all Admin Advantage worktypes and processes.
• Handle special or escalated cases requiring advanced analysis and resolution.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Admin Advantage operations.
• Perform quality checking and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support training and mentoring of team members.
• Resolve complex transactions across various Admin Advantage workstreams.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all support and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other functions (BAU teams) as part of cross-training initiatives.
