Job summary

The successful candidate will prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals, manage bid submissions, coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related discipline.
• Licensed Engineer is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals for renewable energy projects.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, ITBs, and tender documents.
• Prepare bid documentation and ensure timely submission.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to develop compliant proposals.
• Develop methodologies, execution plans, and staffing plans for proposals.
