Job summary

Bureau Veritas Philippines is seeking a highly driven Business Development Head – Renewables, Energy & Industrial Projects to lead commercial growth across solar, wind, BESS, oil & gas, and transmission/infrastructure sectors.

The role requires a strong technical and commercial background, a track record of securing large projects, and the ability to build strategic client relationships across Southeast Asia. You will mentor the BD team and report to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in business development and commercial management.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle from development to operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth across renewables, power, oil & gas and infrastructure sectors.
• Identify opportunities, secure major contracts, and expand the client base.
• Oversee proposals, bids, and framework agreements with cross‑functional teams.
• Build partnerships with EPCs, developers, and financial institutions.
• Mentor the BD team and manage targets, KPIs, and pipelines.
