Job summary

Bureau Veritas Philippines is seeking a highly organized PMO to support renewable energy projects in Makati. You will assist planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery, budget control, and compliance with client requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of PMO experience in renewables or related fields, strong scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, Business Admin, Construction Management, or related field.
• PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of PMO, project coordination, or project administration experience.
• Experience supporting renewable energy, power, engineering consultancy, or technical services projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, action trackers, and milestone reports.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule or resource conflicts.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project status reports.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Monitor project performance and provide updates on risks and issues.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Maintain project documentation and support governance and audits.
