Job summary

Bureau Veritas Philippines is seeking a highly organized PMO professional to support renewable energy project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring client requirements and company standards are met.

The role emphasizes project governance, risk and quality management, and strong stakeholder engagement across Solar, Wind, and BESS initiatives. A PMO background in energy projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and PMO experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, controls, or administration.
• Experience in renewable energy, power, engineering consultancy, or technical services.
• Exposure to Solar PV, Wind, BESS, Power Generation and Transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate activities, resources, timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules, action trackers, and milestone reports.
• Monitor progress and flag schedule/resource conflicts.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reports.
• Track KPIs, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Document meeting minutes and ensure proper action closure.
• Provide updates on risks, issues, and project performance.
