Job summary

Bureau Veritas S.A. seeks an Operations Head to lead and oversee Renewable Energy project delivery in the Philippines. The role drives efficient execution, resource management, profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction across solar, wind, BESS, transmission, and related projects.

The ideal candidate has extensive renewable energy experience, proven leadership, and a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA, Master's Degree, or Project Management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure successful delivery of renewable energy projects.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
• Establish operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Oversee project planning, mobilization, execution, and completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with client requirements.
• Manage project risks, resources, schedules, and operational challenges.
• Support project teams in resolving technical and commercial issues.
