Access Offshoring is hiring for a remote bookkeeping role in the Philippines. You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero across AP and AR, maintain accurate records, and support collections and customer communications via email.

Collaborate with the Finance Manager and the wider finance team, escalate discrepancies, and perform additional Xero-based tasks. The role is full-time and fully remote with benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Hands-on Xero experience and practical bookkeeping across AP/AR.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in financial records.
• Clear, professional written English for customer and internal emails.
• Ability to work with a Finance Manager and finance team.
• Well-organised and dependable for full-time bookkeeping duties.

Responsabilidades

• Complete day-to-day bookkeeping activities in Xero across AP and AR.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Xero.
• Support collections and follow up outstanding customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers by email regarding accounts matters.
• Work with the Finance Manager and wider finance team, escalating discrepancies.
• Support other Xero-based bookkeeping activities as assigned.
• Assist with relevant lodgement activities where possible.
