Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable Officer to support day-to-day finance operations. This home-based, full-time role reports to the CFO, focusing on AP, supplier management and financial processing across entities and jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in bookkeeping or accounts payable, strong Xero skills, and experience with multi-currency transactions. The position offers a stable remote work setup with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Minimum three years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Strong practical experience using Xero is essential.
• Experience using ApprovalMax or similar workflow platform is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end accounts payable processes.
• Experience with international suppliers and multi-currency transactions is highly regarded.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable across multiple entities and currencies.
• Enter and code supplier invoices in Xero and process approvals.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and prepare aging reports.
• Assist with accounts receivable, payroll and month-end close.
• Support taxation and regulatory reporting requirements.
