Job summary

Access Offshoring is hiring a remote Bookkeeper in the Philippines. You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero for accounts payable and receivable, maintain accurate records, and support collections and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Xero experience across accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Accurate, detail-oriented bookkeeping with high accuracy.
• Strong written English for customer and internal emails.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero across AP/AR.
• Maintain accurate records and enter data correctly.
• Support collections and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Communicate with customers mainly by email; occasional calls.
• Collaborate with Finance Manager and finance team; escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with Xero-based lodgement activities as required.
• Support broader finance tasks as assigned.
