Job summary

RPM Hire is seeking a WHS Support professional for a remote role in the Philippines. You will provide administrative and coordination support to the Work Health and Safety function, managing actions in Safety Champion and maintaining WHS records.

Responsibilities include WHS reporting, incident follow-up, training records, document control, and onboarding documentation. A strong administrative skill set and familiarity with WHS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administrative & Reporting Support: assist with WHS reports, monthly safety statistics, committee summaries, and action registers.
• WHS System & Action Management: monitor corrective/preventive actions, track due dates, and escalate overdue items.
• Training & Competency Records: maintain training records, monitor expiry dates, support onboarding documentation.
• Document Control & Records Management: maintain electronic filing, version control, and archiving.
