Qualifications

5+ years of experience in recruitment, senior resourcer level.
2+ years supporting Australian agency clients in white-collar construction and engineering.
Experience sourcing candidates via SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and ATS.
Experience using ATS like Bullhorn, JobAdder, or similar.
Strong candidate screening and interview coordination experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

Source suitable Australian client candidates (white-collar roles) across SEEK, LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
Prepare candidate summaries, shortlist notes and client-ready profiles.
Manage candidate communications, follow-ups and interview coordination.
