Job summary

Remotee, through our sister company Recruit Sync, seeks a highly experienced Blue Collar / Construction Recruitment Resourcer to support Australian agency clients. You will source, screen and engage candidates for blue-collar roles across construction, mining, manufacturing and industrial sectors, with a strong emphasis on AU-based talent and rapid tempo.

You will manage screening, summaries and client-ready profiles, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS/CRM records while delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment as a senior resourcer.
• 2+ years supporting Australian recruitment agencies in blue-collar, construction and heavy industrial sectors.
• Experience sourcing candidates via SEEK, job boards, databases and ATS.
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Bullhorn or JobAdder.
• Strong candidate screening and interview coordination experience.
• Ability to write clear candidate summaries and shortlist notes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates for Australian client roles with a strong AU market focus.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Prepare candidate summaries, shortlist notes and client-ready profiles.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate records across ATS, CRM and task management systems.
• Track recruitment pipelines, interview progress and client feedback.
• Support consultants with market mapping, talent pooling and salary benchmarking.
• Post and manage job advertisements when needed.
• Assist with reference checks, compliance checks and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates, clients and internal teams.
