Remotee is seeking an experienced Blue Collar / Construction Recruitment Resourcer to support an Australian agency client. Focus on sourcing blue-collar, trades, industrial and casual temp roles with a strong AU market emphasis.

Role requires senior resourcer experience, ATS tool proficiency (Bullhorn, JobAdder), and excellent English communication. This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity with quarterly bonuses and frequent training via Recruit Sync.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in recruitment as a senior resourcer.
• MUST HAVE 2+ years' experience supporting Australian recruitment agencies in blue-collar, construction and heavy industrial sector.
• Experience sourcing candidates using SEEK, job boards, databases and ATS platforms.
• Experience using recruitment ATS systems such as Bullhorn, JobAdder, or similar.
• Strong candidate screening and interview coordination experience.
• Ability to write clear candidate summaries and shortlist notes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.
• Familiarity with the AU blue-collar job market is highly regarded.
• AI-native, with the ability to use AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, candidate summaries and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates for Australian client roles, with a strong focus on AU market, across SEEK, job boards, databases and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Prepare candidate summaries, shortlist notes and client-ready profiles.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate records across ATS, CRM and task management systems.
• Track recruitment pipelines, interview progress, client feedback and outstanding actions.
• Support recruitment consultants with market mapping, talent pooling and salary benchmarking.
• Post and manage job advertisements where required.
• Assist with reference checks, compliance checks and documentation and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates, clients and internal recruitment teams.
