SYSGEN RPO is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support clients remotely from the Philippines, servicing the Australian Technology and Project Delivery market. The role blends business development (60%) with candidate resourcing (40%), working with Melbourne leadership to generate opportunities and support live recruitment across contract, permanent, and fixed-term roles.

Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in technology or project delivery.
Comfort with outbound calling and senior professional outreach.
Strong written communication for LinkedIn outreach and emails.
Skilled in researching target organisations and decision makers.
Able to manage multiple searches and follow-ups concurrently.

Responsibilities

Drive proactive outbound business development to prospective Australian clients.
Generate qualified meetings for Melbourne-based consultants and leadership.
Research organisations and stakeholders to identify recruitment opportunities.
Build targeted prospect lists and nurture warm and cold leads.
Run candidate searches and approach for contract, permanent, and fixed-term roles.
Write job advertisements and publish them on LinkedIn and job boards.
Provide well-qualified shortlists and notes to the Melbourne team.
Maintain accurate data in CRM and recruitment systems.
