Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer focusing on Construction, Industrial & Trades to build a fast-moving pipeline of vetted candidates for US and Australian markets. This remote role requires calling 20–40 candidates daily and maintaining compliant, high-volume workflows.

You’ll source, screen and reference-check candidates while managing CRM data and collaborating with clients to fill roles promptly.

Qualifications

• 1.5–2+ years of recruitment experience in an agency (construction, industrial or trades & labour) for US or AUS markets.
• Experience recruiting across blue-collar trades and white-collar civil/operational roles.
• Strong knowledge of site-based compliance, licences, tickets and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and networking.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline aligned to client needs.
• Write and post engaging job ads to attract quality applicants.
• Conduct detailed phone/virtual screenings to assess capability, fit and motivation.
• Verify qualifications, licences and compliance documents; complete reference checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM/ATS and ensure WHS compliance prior to placement.
• Support consultants and clients by ensuring fast, accurate delivery of candidates.
